High Volume Hourly Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role
We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support talent acquisition efforts for our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will partner with site business leaders and hiring teams to craft effective recruiting strategies and fill various open positions within our North American operations. Partnering with the site hiring team, you will implement the strategy through creative candidate sourcing and engagement. Aside from supporting your sites’ recruitment needs, you will lead various divisional talent acquisition projects as needed to drive gains in efficiency, candidate experience, and site partnership. This is a hybrid position that will require three days onsite at our corporate office in Mentor, OH, and up to two days remote each week. Some travel (upwards of 30% - roughly one week / month) may be required to visit assigned client groups and support recruiting process adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for hourly positions, including sourcing, phone screening, candidate selection guidance, and offer/pre-employment process management, as required.
Creatively fill open positions by utilizing our applicant tracking system (ATS), Google products, TA tech, and internet sourcing tools.
Collaborate with the North American Human Resources team to forecast hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and continuously enhance hiring processes.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with client groups and lead weekly/bi-weekly staffing update meetings to align teams on recruitment needs and action items.
Ensure positive candidate and hiring team experiences through timely feedback and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years High Volume Recruiting experience.
3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required, with a preference for candidates with experience in high-volume recruitment and/or manufacturing.
Outstanding organizational skills, with a demonstrable ability to track, report, and present progress to business leaders and internal customers.
Experience using an ATS is required.
Knowledge of OFCCP & EEO guidelines and experience advising clients on adherence to compliance requirements.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $63,750 - $95,200 year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
