Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell long\-haul destinations including Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and various African countries, as well as luxury cruises, focusing on VIP clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and craft personalized itineraries.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Create bespoke travel plans encompassing air travel, accommodations, sightseeing, and ground transportation arrangements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage a personal sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handle queue management and ensure accuracy in daily sales reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Utilize strategic selling techniques to generate targeted sales and achieve high conversion rates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Upsell Travelwings' brand offerings and enhance customer experiences through personalized service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • 2\-5 years of demonstrated experience in sales and management of long\-haul destinations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proven track record in handling luxury destinations and VIP clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Previous experience managing Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) and Fully Independent Travel (FIT) products.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong knowledge of global destinations and world geography.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficient in negotiation techniques and achieving sales targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Motivation to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month\-over\-month growth initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
