Home Hardware Design Engineer

With tremendous amount of learning and growing opportunities, you will play a meaningful exploration and system integration role in the development of new Apple Home products. The position is based in the Shanghai area with exciting office and engineering lab setups. You will have opportunities for domestic and international travels to work side by side with world-class engineers all over the world. Minimum Qualifications PhD/MS/BS in Electrical Engineering, Robotics or equivalent. Proven EE fundamentals. Hands-on experience in prototype design, bring-up, debugging, functional verification and validations. Hands on lab equipment experiences including oscilloscopes, DMM’s, power supplies, e-loads, etc. Clear English communication for global teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Experience of crafting high volume consumer products from beginning to end. Programming / scripting skills, hands-on experiences in AI applications. Experience in one or more of following: robot research, design & prototyping, motor drive and control, SOC integration, camera integration, display integration, DC-DC, analog design, audio system design, high speed design, Bluetooth, WiFi and other RF hardware, video electronics design, sensor integration, etc.
