Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

• Deliver engaging and age\-appropriate instruction following the American curriculum (Common Core State Standards and US\-based frameworks).<\/p><\/li>

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and differentiated instruction.<\/p><\/li>

  1. Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field from an accredited university.<\/p><\/li>

  • Valid, teaching license/certification, specifically for Early Childhood or Elementary Education.<\/p><\/li>

  • A Master's Degree in Education or a related field is an advantage.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • 4 years of full\-time teaching experience in Kindergarten or Early Years.<\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to integrate the American curriculum's guiding principles into daily instruction and classroom activities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. UAE\-Specific Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>

          • Compliance with all professional licensing requirements set forth by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK).<\/p><\/li>

          • Ability to successfully obtain and maintain an ADEK Teacher Permit.<\/p><\/li>

          • Understanding of and respect for UAE culture, values, and educational guidelines.<\/p><\/li>

          • Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and provide documentation as required by UAE authorities and ADEK.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
