Hospice Clinical Manager (RN) (38542)

The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and support our clinical team in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about developing clinicians, ensuring quality patient care, and helping shape the success of a growing hospice program.

As a Clinical Manager, you'll partner with branch leadership to oversee daily clinical operations, support patient care coordination, mentor field clinicians, and ensure compliance with hospice regulations and documentation standards. You'll serve as a clinical resource for your team while collaborating with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families to deliver exceptional end-of-life care.

We're looking for a collaborative leader with strong clinical judgment, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for coaching and developing others. Success in this role comes from building a high-performing team, maintaining quality and compliance, and creating an exceptional experience for patients and families.
