Hospital Accounts Specialist for Quezon City, Marikina and Rizal
The Hospital Account Specialist -is responsible to the District Sales Manager for the execution and / or achievement in assigned area, of sales objectives, promotional programs, account visit plans, special projects and the observance of established company policies, rules and standards applicable to these.
He/she will cover areas within Quezon City, Marikina and Rizal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that assigned sales targets are regularly achieved.
- Visits assigned sales channels regularly (hospital and independent pharmacies and others) and tracks sales orders and stock inventories
- Visits assigned health institutions and health care professionals regularly, critical to the generation of prescriptions and conversion of sales opportunities
- Analyses / monitors regularly the sales potential and possible development of the assigned area.
- Maintains an exceptional level of knowledge about Ever Philippines products, their medical/scientific backgrounds and the promotional theme used for these products.
- Leads in the organizing and staging of projects and submits a report for each one conducted in assigned area.
- Prepares Business Plans at the start of the year and periodically monitors progress.
- Maintains and secures company assets assigned or issued.
- Submits required reports on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university
- Minimum 5 years' experience within multinational pharmaceutical companies preferably with exposure and franchise with Neurologists and Neurosurgeons
- Thorough product knowledge (own product and competition and mastery of all relevant clinical trials)
- High level of commitment, goal, and result orientation as well as excellent people and Influencing skills.
- Excellent communication (oral and written English) including presentation skills.
- Astute Business Sense. Account & Inventory Management.
