- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Competitive salary plus bonus opportunity
- Clinic Hours of Operation:
- Monday, 7:30 am – 6 pm.
- Tuesday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm.
- Closed on weekends!

We are a fun and professional group ready to hire a Hospital Manager with a strong work ethic, proven leadership and management experience, and a shared passion for high-quality patient care and client service. What You’ll Do
- Lead initiatives that strengthen and maintain a positive hospital culture
- Partner with doctors and leadership to support team member development and career growth
- Manage hospital financial performance, including P&L oversight, labor management, and inventory control
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies that drive success
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain exceptional team members Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to build and maintain a high-performing team
- Facilitate exceptional client service and patient care experiences
- Address client concerns proactively while strengthening community relationships
- Support operational excellence and efficient daily hospital workflows
