About The Role: Hospitality Manager – Lever House Flagship
The Hospitality Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing the Industrious experience to life at Lever House—our flagship New York City location and most elevated hospitality offering to date.
Set within one of Manhattan’s most iconic buildings, this role is responsible for creating exceptional daily experiences for a highly discerning membership community, including senior executives, industry leaders, and the tenants of Lever House. As a key partner to the General Manager, the Hospitality Manager helps shape the atmosphere, service standards, and operational excellence that define the Lever House experience.
This is a fully on-site role requiring an in-person presence five days per week. You will lead the execution of a best-in-class food and beverage program, curate memorable member events and moments of delight, uphold luxury hospitality standards throughout the space, and serve as a visible, trusted presence for members and guests. From anticipating needs before they arise to ensuring flawless day-to-day execution, this role blends hospitality, operations, and community-building in equal measure.
The Hospitality Manager reports directly to the General Manager of Lever House. While the role does not have direct reports, you will work closely alongside the Hospitality Associates and broader Lever House team to deliver a seamless, elevated experience across all six floors of the building.

Member Experience
Uphold luxury hospitality standards for the floors designated for Industrious and its members (e.g. Industrious Reserve, CBRE, and CBRE Investment Management), maintaining a hospitality review score of 90% or higher.
Build meaningful relationships with members through a deep understanding of their businesses, preferences, and workplace needs; strive to know every member by name.
Act as a visible and trusted presence throughout the space, proactively engaging members and anticipating needs before they arise.
Deliver exceptional service recovery by confidently addressing member concerns, resolving issues with urgency and empathy, and following through on commitments.
Foster a vibrant, welcoming community by creating opportunities for connection, conversation, and relationship-building throughout shared spaces.
Create memorable moments of delight that elevate the everyday member experience and differentiate Lever House as a best-in-class workplace destination.
Operations
Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the space, ensuring Lever House consistently reflects the elevated standards expected of a flagship hospitality destination.
Conduct regular space walks to proactively identify and resolve operational, maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation issues before they impact the member experience.
Own the integrity and accuracy of operational systems and records, including member management, facilities requests, inventory tracking, and budget-related reporting.
Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors—including Facilities, IT, Janitorial, Security, Design & Construction, and Building Management—to ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently and completely.
Manage day-to-day workplace operations, including mail and package handling, office supplies, specialty coffee equipment, and other hospitality amenities that support a seamless member
experience.Communicate proactively and collaborate effectively across teams, taking ownership of requests and following through to successful resolution.
Food & Beverage Programming
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of member events and experiences in close partnership with your General Manager, including concept development, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and onsite execution.
Execute an elevated food and beverage program that reflects the luxury hospitality standards of Lever House, ensuring every offering is thoughtfully presented and impeccably maintained.
Oversee the daily execution of breakfast service and Park Avenue Provisions, partnering with the Hospitality Associate to deliver a consistently exceptional experience through hands-on preparation, presentation, and service.
Maintain the café, pantries, and hospitality amenities to the highest standards, ensuring products are fully stocked, fresh, organized, and visually compelling throughout the day.
Curate distinctive programming and strategic partnerships that create memorable experiences, strengthen member engagement, and reinforce Lever House's position as a premier workplace destination.
Physical & Operational Requirements
Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.
While no two days are exactly alike, a typical allocation of time may include:
Approximately 40% focused on member experience, community engagement, and hospitality presence throughout the space
Approximately 40% dedicated to food and beverage programming, service execution, and event delivery
Approximately 20% focused on operational excellence, planning, vendor management, and strategic initiatives

Compensation:
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $80,000-90,000K. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for quarterly and annual bonus opportunities based on individual and company performance totaling up to $14,000 per year.
Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package that may be available to employees.
