Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge, both located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Daytime Host with open availability to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in a dynamic, high-energy environment, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable

Manage dining room reservations and assist in arranging parties or special events

Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions

Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution

Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth service and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Assist in coordinating guest seating arrangements and managing the flow of the dining room during busy times

Ensure all guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure
