Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge, both located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Daytime Host with open availability to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in a dynamic, high-energy environment, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable

  • Manage dining room reservations and assist in arranging parties or special events

  • Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions

  • Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth service and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests

  • Assist in coordinating guest seating arrangements and managing the flow of the dining room during busy times

  • Ensure all guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure
