Essential Job Functions:

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.

  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.

  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering server sections and guest preferences.

  • Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure a smooth dining experience.

  • Practice safe work habits, including wearing protective safety equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards.

  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
