HOME CARE AGENCY IS LOOKING FOR RN’s TO CONDUCT
IN-HOME ASSESSMENTS IN FAYETTEVILLE (CUMBERLAND COUNTY)
Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate professionals to become part of our team to provide exceptional care. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RN’s to provide care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home assessments for clients
- Develop and review care plan
- Conduct quarterly supervisory visits
- Medication administration and management
- Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment
- Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
- Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- IV experience is a plus.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Prior home care experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
- Reliable Transportation
Physical Demands:
- Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
