Hotel Bell Attendant [Central]

Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 5 days work week, shift required

Salary: Up to $2700 + aws + flexi benefit + staff meals

Our client is a leading international hospitality company. They are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Bell Attendant to join their Front Office team. As one of the first faces guests encounter, you will play an important role in delivering warm hospitality, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Arrival & Departure Services

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their stay.
  • Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery in a safe and professional manner.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities, amenities, and services.
  • Support smooth check-in and check-out experiences by coordinating closely with the Front Office team.

Concierge & Guest Assistance

  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and special arrangements.
  • Assist with transportation bookings, directions, restaurant recommendations, and local information.
  • Handle guest parcels, messages, mail, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service whenever possible.

Lobby & Operational Support

  • Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional lobby environment.
  • Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, special events, and peak operational periods.
  • Assist with luggage storage management and ensure guest belongings are handled securely.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Concierge, and other departments to deliver seamless service.

Guest Experience Excellence

  • Provide attentive and courteous service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, and guest experiences when appropriate.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to creating memorable and positive guest experiences at every touchpoint.

Safety & Teamwork

  • Adhere to hotel safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure safe handling of luggage and guest property.
  • Maintain excellent grooming standards and professional conduct.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support daily hotel operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and transport luggage safely.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Good organisational and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and hospitality services is a plus.
