Role Summary<\/span>
<\/div>We are looking for dynamic and result\-oriented <\/span>Hotel Business Consultants <\/span>to help hotels grow their business through technology, digital solutions, and strategic guidance. The role involves understanding hotel requirements, consulting with hotel owners and managers, and enabling them with MyTravaly\u2019s solutions including <\/span>Property Management System (PMS), Direct Booking Engine, Property Listing, and Hotel Training Services.
<\/p>The ideal candidate should have a strong consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long\-term partnerships with hotels.

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h3>- Identify and connect with hotels, resorts, homestays, and hospitality businesses
<\/li> - Understand hotel operations, challenges, and growth requirements
<\/li> - Consult hotel owners and management teams on improving operations and revenue
<\/li> - Present and demonstrate MyTravaly\u2019s hotel technology solutions
<\/li> - Drive adoption of PMS, Booking Engine, Property Listing, and related services
<\/li> - Manage the complete hotel acquisition journey from prospecting to onboarding
<\/li> - Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners
<\/li> - Conduct product training and support smooth technology adoption
<\/li> - Achieve assigned business growth and partner acquisition targets
<\/li> - Maintain sales pipeline, follow\-ups, and performance reports

Requirements<\/h3>Required Skills & Competencies<\/span>
<\/div>- Strong communication and presentation skills
<\/li> - Consultative selling and negotiation ability
<\/li> - Understanding of hotel operations and hospitality industry
<\/li> - Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, travel tech, or hospitality sales preferred
<\/li> - Ability to communicate technology benefits in a simple way
<\/li> - Strong relationship\-building and problem\-solving skills
<\/li> - Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and comfortable with field meetings
<\/li><\/ul>Preferred Experience<\/span>
<\/h3>- 1\u20134 years of experience in hotel sales, SaaS sales, travel industry, or B2B business development
<\/li> - Existing network with hotels will be an advantage
<\/li> - Knowledge of PMS, OTA, Booking Engines, or hotel distribution is preferred
