Hotel Services Manager

We\u2019re seeking a hands\-on Hotel Service Manager to lead our housekeeping teams, optimise rosters to occupancy, and deliver seamless, memorable stays for our guests across a 7\-day operation.

Key duties<\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead, roster and mentor front office/concierge/housekeeping teams.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Own guest experience: check\-in/out, service recovery, VIPs and complaints.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Drive housekeeping productivity and quality; coordinate contractors/linen.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain PMS/channel\-manager accuracy; reconcile daily reports.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Monitor KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, CSAT) and report weekly.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure WHS, fire safety, training and incident management.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate maintenance requests and preventative schedules.

    Qualifications and experience<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • AQF Diploma (or higher) desired or at least 3 years\u2019 relevant hotel/serviced\-apartment supervisory experience
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proven performance in 7\-day resort operations and high\-occupancy periods.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Confident with Microsoft 365 and operational reporting.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
