Household Manager / Family Assistant (Driving License/4yrs exp/Children)

Responsibilities:

• Overseethe daily scheduling, organization, and smooth running of the home.
• Source,schedule, and oversee household vendors, contractors, and maintenance services(e.g., HVAC, landscaping, specialized cleaning).
• Maintainhousehold inventories and ensure all home systems are functioning properly.
• Direct,schedule, and manage the daily duties of the household staff (driver, chef,maids, and nannies).
• Overseestaff scheduling, time-off requests, conflict resolution, and assist withhiring or onboarding new domestic staff when necessary.
• Managethe childcare team to ensure seamless shift transitions, consistent routines,and adherence to the parents' preferences.
• Safely transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, playdates,and appointments.
• Act as the liaison between the parents and the childcare team regarding thechildren’s schedules, dietary needs, and developmental milestones.
• Maintaina completely clean driving record to safely operate family or personal vehiclesfor all child transport and household errands.
• Keeptrack of vehicle service intervals, fueling, and cleaning for the household fleet.

Requirements:

• At least 3–4 years of relevant experiencemanagement UHNW client staying in landed properties.
• Provenprofessional experience directly handling childcare responsibilities alongside household tasks.
• Must possess a valid, current driver’s license with a perfectly clean driving record (no recent accidents, major violations, or active points).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize a fluid dailyschedule, and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with parents, schoolstaff, and external vendors.
