About the Role
As a Housekeeping All-Rounder, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout the hotel.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and storage spaces to luxury presentation standards
  • Replenishing amenities, linen, and guest supplies with exceptional attention to detail
  • Supporting housekeeping operations through linen distribution, stock control, laundry coordination, and equipment upkeep
  • Assisting with manual handling tasks including rollaway beds, cots, and housekeeping equipment
  • Managing uniform operations including distribution, laundering coordination, minor repairs, and inventory control
  • Following hotel procedures for the safe handling of chemicals, equipment, keys, and guest property
  • Reporting maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost property promptly and professionally

About You! You bring a warm, positive, and service-focused approach, take pride in delivering exceptional housekeeping standards, and ideally have previous experience within a hotel housekeeping environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautifully presented guest rooms and public areas
  • The ability to anticipate guest needs while delivering a professional and welcoming experience at all times
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider housekeeping operation
  • Physically fit and comfortable working across a hands-on housekeeping role
  • Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential
