Housekeeping Assistant

About Role:

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across our facilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will work collaboratively with our housekeeping team to ensure all areas meet our quality expectations while maintaining professionalism at all times.

You will support our clinical operations by ensuring all areas meet our rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards, contributing directly to the health and safety of our patients and staff.

  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of all clinic areas, including patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and common spaces
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when stock levels are low
  • Empty and replace trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to clinic guidelines and local regulations
  • Respond promptly to cleaning requests from clinical and administrative staff
  • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management immediately
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of biohazardous materials where applicable

About You:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Experience in the health care industry is desirable
  • Excellent time management skills
