Housekeeping Attendant - Spa and Wellness

  • Guest Room Servicing — Prepare and refresh guest rooms to Fairmont’s world‑class luxury standards
  • Impeccable Cleanliness — Maintain exceptional presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and in‑room amenities
  • Linen & Supply Care — Replenish towels, linens, and guest supplies with accuracy and consistency
  • Maintenance Reporting — Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly to keep rooms in perfect condition
  • Guest Privacy — Handle guest belongings with absolute respect, discretion, and professionalism
  • VIP Room Preparation — Support personalised touches and elevated presentation for VIP guests
  • Trolley & Storage Upkeep — Maintain organised, clean, and fully stocked housekeeping trolleys and storage areas
  • Guest Interaction — Respond warmly and professionally to guest requests with a guest‑first mindset
  • Team Collaboration — Work closely with Floor Supervisors, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure timely room readiness
  • Cleaning Standards — Follow all cleaning procedures, including deep‑cleaning schedules and Fairmont brand standards
  • Health & Safety Compliance — Adhere to hygiene, COSHH, and manual‑handling regulations
  • Daily Briefings — Participate in briefings and ongoing training to maintain service excellence
  • Lost & Found — Support accurate, confidential handling of lost‑and‑found items
  • Team Culture — Contribute to a respectful, positive, and supportive team environment
  • Fairmont Standards — Uphold Fairmont grooming, communication, and service expectations at all times
  • Experience — Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally in a luxury hotel
  • Attention to Detail — Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional standards
  • Cleaning Knowledge — Understanding of cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and room presentation
  • Health & Safety — Awareness of UK health & safety regulations, including COSHH (training available)
  • Teamwork & Independence — Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Time Management — Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Professionalism — Courteous, professional, and guest‑focused approach
  • Physical Capability — Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
