Your application will only progress if you can commit to 24/7 Availability and are open to working over night shifts.
About the Role
- Clean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors and service areas in line with Crown’s high brand and quality standards
- Deliver a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for all hotel guests through professional and attentive service
- Accurately complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues, and manage lost property in line with procedures
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of all assigned duties
About You
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a customer service environment (hotel experience highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet high cleanliness and presentation standards
- A reliable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service

- Must be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks associated with the role
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
