Housekeeping Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. - Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and cost-effective usage
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Create and manage staff schedules, assigning tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, taking appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new housekeeping staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve housekeeping processes
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Superior attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management education is a plus
