(HQ) Legal Specialist/Supervisor
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Legal Department by ensuring efficient filing, system management, and documentation processes across contracts, insurance, and claims.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage filing systems and administrative records related to contracts, insurance, and claims to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.
- Assist in insurance claims handling, as well as support compliance and risk management processes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data, and prepare periodic reports for internal review and decision-making.
- Provide administrative support for contract management, dispute handling, and insurance-related matters.
- Manage trademark application, validation, and maintenance.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Legal Department.
Education/Technical Skills
- College graduate.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
Knowledge/Work Experience
- At least 3 years of work experience (preferably as a paralegal)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- With relevant industry knowledge is preferred.
