(HQ) Legal Specialist/Supervisor

To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Legal Department by ensuring efficient filing, system management, and documentation processes across contracts, insurance, and claims.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage filing systems and administrative records related to contracts, insurance, and claims to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.
  • Assist in insurance claims handling, as well as support compliance and risk management processes.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data, and prepare periodic reports for internal review and decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support for contract management, dispute handling, and insurance-related matters.
  • Manage trademark application, validation, and maintenance.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Legal Department.



Education/Technical Skills

  • College graduate.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.


Knowledge/Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of work experience (preferably as a paralegal)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • With relevant industry knowledge is preferred.
