HR / ACCOUNTING MANAGER
We are looking for a reliable HR / Accounting Manager to handle both human resources and basic accounting functions. This role supports staff management, payroll, and company financial records to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Handle payroll, leave, attendance, and benefits
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Support staff performance reviews and disciplinary matters
Handle HR-related queries professionally and confidentially
Accounting
Manage daily accounting entries and financial records
Prepare invoices, payments, and expense claims
Handle monthly payroll processing and CPF/statutory submissions
Assist in monthly financial reports and audits
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external accountants
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of relevant HR and accounting experience
Basic knowledge of payroll, employment regulations, and bookkeeping
Familiar with accounting or HR software
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
