HR & Accounts Executive

Job Description

  • Manage full HR functions including recruitment, payroll, work passes, training, and performance management.
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, insurance, and related HR matters.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, internship coordination, and employee records maintenance.
  • Manage full set of accounts including AR, AP, and General Ledger.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Support statutory audit, tax documentation, and ensure financial compliance requirements are met.
  • Oversee office administration, insurance, licensing, dormitory matters, and ISO compliance/audit support.

  • Able to multi-task in a challenging environment
  • Able to work independently and yet contribute asa team player
