Job Description & Requirements

🏢 Office Operations & Experience

  • Be the face of the office—manage calls, emails, visitors, and deliveries to keep things running smoothly
  • Keep the workplace organized and efficient through smart documentation, filing, and process improvements
  • Take ownership of office supplies, pantry, and stationery—ensuring the team always has what they need
  • Set up meeting rooms and create a welcoming, professional environment for discussions and collaborations
  • Support internal events as part of the organizing committee—help bring team activities to life 🎉
  • Coordinate and manage daily deliveries and logistics with accuracy

👥 People & HR Support

  • Daily attendance tracking and workforce coordination
  • Be part of the employee journey—from onboarding (welcoming new hires) to offboarding processes
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as memorandums, advisory notes, and employee communications
  • Maintain and organize training materials to support employee development and compliance
  • Upkeep of new and renewal applications for permit holders on a monthly basis
  • Support on monthly payroll
  • Participate in monthly dormitory inspections with the team to ensure proper living standards
  • Handle registration and deregistration of tenants for Factory Converted Dormitory (FCD)

📝 Requirements

  1. Fresh Level Entree
  2. Min. education of 'N' & 'O' level certification or related
  3. Proficient in Computer & AI Tools
  4. Experience in Construction Industry at advantage
