HR Admin Executive (5 days) [EL]
- Manage front desk duties and greet visitors
- Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams
- Issue Purchase Orders and perform document verification (PO / DO / Invoice)
- Support Accounts Payable data entry and documentation
- Prepare quotations and liaise with clients via email
- Update staff attendance and leave records in the system
- Assist with Work Pass applications and interview coordination
- Support coordination of employee training programmes
