HR & Admin Executive

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Executive. You will play a key role in supporting HR functions and providing administrative assistance to the HR Manager.

With a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, you will grow alongside us while ensuring smooth HR operations and workplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll, including attendance verification and overtime calculations.
  • Ensure accuracy of timesheets, OT hours, and leave administration.

MOM Work Passes / IRAS

  • Manage end‑to‑end work pass matters (Applications, Renewals, cancellations).
  • Handle Foreign Worker Levy (FWL) and tax clearance processes.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, exits, and team bonding activities.
  • Assist line managers in employee engagement and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate workplace health & safety programs, including annual audiometric tests for production staff.

Facilities Management

  • Support overall cleanliness and maintenance.
