HR & Admin Executive

This role will provide HR and Administrativesupport to our Singapore operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processesacross the region.

Internal contacts:

· Country Manager/ Country HRManager

· HR Department

· All other functions and Colleaguesin the organization

External contacts:

· MOM

· Vendors / Recruitment agencies

· Insurance Brokers

· Manage the full employee lifecycle, including issuance of offer letter, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding processes.

· Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection

· Support payroll processing, leave administration, benefits management, and CPF submissions accurately and on time

· Handle the end-to-end process of work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments in accordance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.

· Manage the procurement and maintenance of security bonds associated with foreign worker employment

· Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and staff welfare initiatives.

· Oversee office supply procurement and inventory management, including coordination with the office cleaning staff to ensure adequate and timely replenishment of supplies.

· Perform any other ad-hoc HR& Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior

· Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/ Human Resource or equivalent

· Minimum2–3 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

· Solid knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, and work pass frameworks in Singapore.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels.
