HR Admin Executive

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for handling daily human resourceoperations, administrative support, purchasing activities, and inventorymanagement to ensure smooth office and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. OfficeAdministration

  • Managegeneral office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintainproper filing and documentation (hardcopy and digital)
  • Handlecorrespondence, emails, and basic coordination tasks
  • Supportonboarding documentation and staff records maintenance

2. HR Administrative Support

  • Assistin maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Handlesubmission and tracking of staff-related forms (e.g. leave, claims, attendance)
  • Supportbasic HR processes including onboarding and offboarding coordination
  • Liaisewith HQ (if applicable) on HR and administrative matters

3. InventoryManagement

  • Maintainaccurate inventory records for cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
  • Monitorstock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Conductperiodic stock checks and reconciliation
  • Trackmovement of inventory across different sites

4. Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

  • Planand manage purchasing of operational supplies and equipment
  • Liaisewith suppliers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and pricing
  • Ensuretimely procurement to support operational needs
  • Maintainrecords of purchases and supplier details

5.Operations Support

  • Coordinatewith site supervisors on supply distribution and requirements
  • Assistin arranging logistics for stock delivery and equipment servicing
  • Supportad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned
