HR admin

Location: Laem Chabang, Thailand



Role & Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief People Officer, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and corporate affairs.

Handles administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing leave requests, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Prepare and communicate effectively company-wide circular, memorandum, employee news, office announcement, event poster, etc.

Assist in staff welfare administration and ensures compliance with company policies and HR policies.

Handles day-to-day employee issues, responds to queries, and supports conflict resolution.

Assists in payroll processing and administering employee benefits.



Qualification

  1. Fair command of English and computer literacy
  2. Good planning and organizing, coordination, problem identification/solution and communication skill
  3. At least 1-3 years’ experience in HR field
  4. Bachelor or higher in HRM, HRD, Business Administration or related fields
