Job Description

🚀 In this hypergrowth adventure, we are looking for an HR Admin intern.

🤝 Your responsibilities will include :

  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, checklists, system updates)

  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and filing

  • Help organize HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities

  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary

  • Align with finance teams for invoicing.

  • Health and safety management: scheduling medical check ups, answering inquiries from health and safety provider.

Profile required

💪 To successfully accomplish these tasks :

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Ability to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution

  • Native level of Spanish and high level of English, both written and verbal

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling confidential information

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
