HR & Admin Manager (Saudi National)

  • Manage all HR and administrative functions across the project
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance
  • Ensure alignment with Saudi labor law and company policies
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
  • Support Saudization requirements and workforce planning
  • Saudi National (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7–12 years of HR & administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices in KSA
  • Experience in construction or contracting sector preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
