HR and Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist to post advertisement on facebook, indeed, jobstreet
- Assist to arrange an interview for suitable candidates
- Search for suitable candidates
- Answer and direct calls
- Reply email
- Work pass apply
- Any other Ad-hoc aside by Supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' level
Able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking clients
Good at using Social Media Platforms
Working hour : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm(at least can commit 3 months),can convert to permanent
Salary : Part-time : $10/hr, Full time: $1800 -$2300
Work location: Woods Square (Near Woodlands MRT)
