Were looking for an Admin Executive who can be the backbone of our day\-to\-day office operations at a fast\-paced marketing agency. From making sure the workspace is always on point to handling coordination, vendors, office requirements, and everything in between ; you\u2019ll basically be the person who keeps the chaos under control.

Office Administration & Operations<\/b>
<\/p>

Manage the overall functioning of the office and ensure daily operations are running seamlessly. This includes coordinating routine administrative activities, handling office requirements, and maintaining operational efficiency across teams.
<\/p>

Facilities & Workspace Management<\/b>
<\/p>

Ensure the office environment is well\-maintained, organized, and functioning smoothly at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance teams, and vendors to manage workplace upkeep, office requirements, and overall facility operations efficiently.
<\/p>

Vendor & Inventory Coordination<\/b>
<\/p>

Handle vendor communication, office supply management, inventory tracking, and procurement of required materials. Ensure timely availability of essentials and maintain proper coordination with external service providers.
<\/p>

Event & Employee Coordination<\/b>
<\/p>

Support in organizing internal events, celebrations, team activities, and office arrangements whenever required. Help create a well\-managed and positive workplace environment.

Communication & Coordination Skills<\/b>
<\/p>

Strong verbal communication and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams, vendors, and external partners.

Ownership & Multitasking Ability<\/b>

Someone who is proactive, dependable, detail\-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment.
<\/p>

Technical Basics<\/b>
<\/p>

Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and general administrative tools.
<\/p>

Preferred Background<\/b>
<\/p>

Prior experience in administration, office operations, front office, or workplace coordination roles is preferred. Experience in startups, agencies, or creative environments is a plus.
