HR and Admin Executive (Retail Industry)
Job Responsibility:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, claims, and overtime data to support payroll processing and compliance.
- Ensure HR documents, forms, and records are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee daily office and store operations, including facilities, supplies, utilities, and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and other operational services.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, inventory records, price updates, and store supplies.
- Arrange courier services and coordinate with warehouses and logistics providers for timely deliveries.
- Handle POS administration, invoice processing, payments, and claims.
- Update internal systems with product and inventory information and maintain proper filing of records.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, purchases, and administrative activities.
- Support ad-hoc projects, marketing administration, and store improvement initiatives.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficient in MS Office, including pivot tables, formulas (SUMIF, VLOOKUP) and dashboards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with staff and vendors.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet operational deadlines.
