The HR Business Partner (‘HRBP’) team supports our Business Units responsible for delivering firm-wide and departmental strategic HR objectives aligned with key business objectives.

This role uniquely combines HR business partnering with advanced data analytics capabilities.

The HR and Data Insights Business Partner will support the T&T (Technology & Transformation) business and is an integral part of helping to shape our people strategies and initiatives through evidence-based insights and analytics. You will anticipate business needs, translate complex people data into actionable recommendations, and provide service excellence to key internal stakeholders. This role is extremely varied and involves multiple stakeholder engagement, data analytics projects, and strategic HR initiatives—a fantastic platform to develop experience working within a high-impact, data-driven HR model


Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • Experience in Human Resources with generalist and Business Partnering experience desirable Proven expertise in HR data analytics, with demonstrated ability to design, build, and interpret complex HR dashboards and reports

  • Ability to quickly build trust with leaders to influence and challenge and have difficult conversations constructively and confidently

  • Confident in building strong relationships with internal client groups and HR colleagues

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to analyse and interpret HR data to drive strategic decisions and identify trends

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling) and visual analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau

  • Ability to advise on a range of HR topics including performance management, talent management, employee relations and employee engagement, underpinned by data insights

  • Good knowledge of leading trends in the field of Human Resources, including HRIS, people analytics, and advanced reporting methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to translate technical data insights for non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative

  • Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR data governance

What type of work will I be doing?

You will be working on business activities which include:

  • Partnering with the business to deliver a first-class HR service which is business led and enabled by people to drive our people and purpose ambition

  • Managing firm wide programs to deliver our talent agenda for T&T with Centre of Excellence support in areas such as performance management, learning and development, annual reward and recognition, graduate recruitment, experienced hire recruitment, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives etc

  • Reporting and Analytics : design, develop, and maintain advanced HR analytics dashboards and reports; conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities; provide high-quality, timely reporting and advanced analytics, transforming complex people data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and enable the delivery of key business objectives.

  • This includes workforce planning analytics, attrition trends, talent pipeline analysis, engagement metrics, and performance management insights. HR Projects: provide support to the HRBPs with people and talent initiatives and projects as they arise
