HR Associate Executives/Admin Assistants #HAC

Job Description

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team across various functions.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination of logistics.
  • Handle day-to-day HR enquiries and provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Assist in payroll, leave management, and benefits administration where required.
  • Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
