HR Associate Executives/Admin Assistants #HAC
Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team across various functions.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination of logistics.
- Handle day-to-day HR enquiries and provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
- Assist in payroll, leave management, and benefits administration where required.
- Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and internal communications.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
