We are looking for a Generalist HR.
<\/p>
What You Will Do?<\/b>
<\/h3>- Support HR in executing recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement plans.
<\/li> - Organize training programs to help employees learn and grow.
<\/li> - Plan and execute employee engagement activities to keep employees motivated and connected.
<\/li> - Act as the first point of contact for employees and address their queries with care.
<\/li> - Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
<\/li> - Track attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics and share reports.
<\/li> - Help roll out and monitor HR policies and ensure compliance.
<\/li> - Work with the finance team to provide payroll inputs on time.
<\/li> - Handle day\-to\-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
<\/li> - Contribute to creating a workplace where employees feel happy and supported.

Education:<\/b> Any Graduate

Experience:<\/b> Minimum 1\-2 years of HR experience

<\/li> - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster employee relationships.
<\/li> - Project Management:<\/b> Good Project Management Skills to manage various projects in your department.
<\/li>- Attention to details in the tasks they do.
<\/li> - Strong command of English.
<\/li> - Great people skills.
<\/li> - Organizational Skills:<\/b> You should know how to plan well and manage multiple tasks with a cool head.
