HR Business Partner

Location: JLR site Nitra, Slovakia

Join our logistics site supporting the automotive industry in Nitra as an HR Business Partner and become a key link between people and business in the automotive industry. You will be part of an experienced HR team and actively support HR initiatives in a fast‑moving environment.

What will we do together?

• Delivery of HR strategy and wider HR global agenda across the operations business area providing first class HR delivery service to all business partners in a consistent and compliant approach

• Coaching relevant key stakeholders in line with HR principles

• Coach the management team in handling sensitive or complex HR issues and in their own personal development including leadership and people management

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR colleagues

• Drive employee engagement in line with DPDHL strategy and plans

• Bring challenge and perspective to the business agenda

• Play an active role within the leadership team

• Champion business change and continuous improvement, leading and embedding business change plans in line with targets and initiatives

• Understand local business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Managers and deliver HR solutions as appropriate

• Manage Employee Relations issues

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent English and Slovak

• Experienced person as HR Generalist, HR BP at least 3 years is must

• Experienced HR person from manufacturing / production / logistics company

• Experience with employee communication on the level BCs / WCs

• Knowledge of Slovak Labor Law

• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

• Organization skills

• Stakeholder management is nice to have

Salary from 2260 plus annual on target bonus

A final salary package will be subject of negotiations based on the candidate experience
