HR Business Intern (Temp/Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Entertain office incoming calls, emails & enquiries
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes and getting referrals
- Use a variety of sourcing channels such as job portal platforms and LinkedIn to actively search for potential candidates
- Screen & assess job applicants
- Coordinate interviews & manage job offers
- Handle job onboarding matters
- Assist in data entry & administrative tasks
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Min. A level & above in any field of study.
- Possess optimism, enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people!
- On the job training provided!
