HR Business Partner
You will support HR operations across multiple states You will act as a trusted advisor to managers You will manage HRIS data ensuring data integrity You will drive compensation and benefits structures and retirement planning You will guide managers and employees on employment laws and resolve issues You will design and deliver training programs to improve skills and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Analyze team data to provide insight for enhancing team structure, optimizing talent flow and supporting organizational planning.
- Oversee HRIS system integrity and implement automated workflows and data management.
- Design compensation and benefits structures, including specialized retirement vehicles such as 401k RSUs and flexible benefit plans.
- Guide managers and employees on multiple state employment laws and regulations while resolving associated issues.
- Identify team performance issues and design and deliver training programs to improve employees' skills, knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, and employment law.
- Strong data analytical skills to identify and adapt core HR functions (e.g., recruiting, compensation, performance evaluation).
- Excellent ability to manage HRIS systems and design training programs.
- Proficiency in SPSS and advanced Excel.
