HR Business Partner

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Be the first HR contact for employees, leaders and managers and provides counseling and solution for them in line with business needs
  • Drives and supports HR & management processes and tools (performance review, organization review, telent review, people development, employee opinion survey etc.) across the organization
  • Develops leadership skills; provides coaching and facilitation support to leaders
  • Drives recruitment process by understanding business needs in the delegated business units
  • Takes part in entry and exit process (offers, job descriptions,exit interviews)
  • Initiates further developments in HR processes & practices
  • Supports local social events and initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • College/university degree, preferably in fields of HR
  • Min 5 years HR experience
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience of working in matrix organization structures
  • Hungarian Labour Code knowledge
  • Relationship building and influencing skills, customer focus
  • Ability to take assertive and proactive actions
  • Willingness to travel
