HR Business Partner
- Be the first HR contact for employees, leaders and managers and provides counseling and solution for them in line with business needs
- Drives and supports HR & management processes and tools (performance review, organization review, telent review, people development, employee opinion survey etc.) across the organization
- Develops leadership skills; provides coaching and facilitation support to leaders
- Drives recruitment process by understanding business needs in the delegated business units
- Takes part in entry and exit process (offers, job descriptions,exit interviews)
- Initiates further developments in HR processes & practices
- Supports local social events and initiatives

- College/university degree, preferably in fields of HR
- Min 5 years HR experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience of working in matrix organization structures
- Hungarian Labour Code knowledge
- Relationship building and influencing skills, customer focus
- Ability to take assertive and proactive actions
- Willingness to travel
