HR Business Partner
You will act as a hands-on HR Business Partner supporting Tech and Hit Game teams. You will partner with managers to diagnose team challenges, coach leaders, and advise on organization design and performance. You will handle individual cases such as performance, career development, reorganizations, retention, and conflict resolution with empathy and structure. You will drive and execute HR programs including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent mapping. You will lead people projects (engagement, feedback, management development, DE&I), use people metrics to spot trends and risks, and propose automation or process improvements to make HR operations smarter and faster. You will own your scope end-to-end and be a trusted advisor to leaders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to understand team challenges and objectives and provide day-to-day guidance on organization design, performance, and team dynamics
- Coach managers to strengthen their leadership skills
- Support individual cases including performance, career development, reorganizations, retention, and conflict resolution with empathy and structure
- Contribute to HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent mapping ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement
- Drive people projects across teams including employee engagement, feedback culture, management development, and DE&I
- Analyze people metrics to identify trends and risks and propose automation or process improvements to elevate HR efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience, including at least one experience as an HRBP or HR Consultant, in a startup, scale-up, or top tech/gaming/consulting environment
- Strong business acumen able to connect HR initiatives to strategic and financial outcomes
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach balancing people and business needs
- Analytical and innovation-driven mindset comfortable using data to support decision making, measure impact, and experiment with automation or new tools
- Knowledge of French labor law and experience supporting multi-country international HR topics
- Proactive, structured, and curious with strong ownership
- Excellent communication and consulting skills capable of building trust and influence across all levels
