HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Position Details:Title: HR Generalist
Location: Madison, Wisconsin, 53711

Duration: 6+ months

• As a single point of contact, takes lead for all HR related topics for the site. Partners with site leadership team to translate business requirements into HR processes and systems that deliver business results.
• Utilizes HR expertise to address business needs and understands the business impact of delivering results while upholding the company core values.
• Delivers key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, anticipating recruitment needs, etc. Responsible for supporting and resolving employee relations concerns that arise.
• Leverages available CoE design/conceptual expertise and the HR Services unit for solutions provided to the business.
• Effectively executes global and local HR processes
• Relentlessly seek for improvement in the existing process and add value to deliverables.
• Demonstrate a partner role model to the business by offering consultation and proactive solutions to accelerate the future business and organizational growth.
• Responsible for multiple sites and 24/7 operations

Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA, MA in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management or related field preferred;
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner with demonstrated progressive HR generalist responsibilities including 2 plus years as HR Business Partner;
• Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to the business strategy and operation plans;
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop, implement and monitor HR programs that enable the achievement of business goals;
• Demonstrated ability to take risks, make independent decisions and evaluate people
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment;
• Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills, with ability to effectively coach leaders, build relationships and leverage resources within the function and across the organization to advance business strategy;
• Demonstrated success in driving difficult change in a highly matrixed and complex global organization. Excellent knowledge in change management, organizational design, talent, performance management, strategic and operational planning;
• Strong problem solving, facilitation and analytical skills;
