HR Business Partner
You will partner with business leaders across global locations to guide people strategies and drive meaningful change in the people function. You will manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through performance and development, ensuring compliant and consistent HR operations. You will coach managers, improve processes with AI tools, and help the organization grow.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for the U S office while supporting the Korea office
- Partner with business leaders to foster a high performing culture, strengthen employee engagement, and drive business objectives
- Coach managers on people related matters including performance management and organizational changes
- Own end to end employee lifecycle operations across global locations
- Lead and improve onboarding programs from preboarding to probation evaluation
- Coordinate and improve talent development programs including performance management processes annual reviews manager enablement and development initiatives
- Ensure HR processes remain compliant efficient and scalable
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing HR workflows and developing scalable policies and SOPs
- Support workplace operations that foster a productive and engaging environment
Requirements
- 7–8+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, People Operations, or related HR roles
- Experience partnering with business leaders and managers to support organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee development, and people related decision making
- Hands on experience managing employee lifecycle programs including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and organizational changes
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities
- Process improvement mindset with experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and technology to enhance HR operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Korean and English
- Strong ownership and bias for action with the resilience to thrive in ambiguity and fast paced environments
