HR Business Partner

The Job

Partnering the line

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and make recommendations that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance
  • Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communications
  • Initiate, measure and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Foster culture of continuous feedback and development
  • Address employee relations issues and manage conflicts

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

  • Assess current and future talent needs based on business goals
  • Analyze workforce trends and anticipate skill gaps
  • Sourcing of candidates through various channels/avenues
  • Promote diversity in hiring practices to build a more inclusive workforce
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines

Collaboration with other HR COE functions

  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits team to review and execute annual performance reviews, benefits programmes & HR policies matters
  • Partner with Shared services team on payroll, claim, systems and other HR administrative operational matters
  • Partner with Talent Management & the Academy in training and employee development matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR Professional certifications & accreditation (i.e. SHRM, IHRP) can be advantageous
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experiences as HR Business Partner
  • Solid understanding of labour laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Ms Office
  • Hands-on with good analytical skills
