HR Business Partner
The Job
Partnering the line
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and make recommendations that support business objectives and enhance organizational performance
- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communications
- Initiate, measure and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Foster culture of continuous feedback and development
- Address employee relations issues and manage conflicts
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Assess current and future talent needs based on business goals
- Analyze workforce trends and anticipate skill gaps
- Sourcing of candidates through various channels/avenues
- Promote diversity in hiring practices to build a more inclusive workforce
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
Collaboration with other HR COE functions
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits team to review and execute annual performance reviews, benefits programmes & HR policies matters
- Partner with Shared services team on payroll, claim, systems and other HR administrative operational matters
- Partner with Talent Management & the Academy in training and employee development matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR Professional certifications & accreditation (i.e. SHRM, IHRP) can be advantageous
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experiences as HR Business Partner
- Solid understanding of labour laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Hands-on with good analytical skills
