Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional with a passion for leading teams and driving HR excellence. The HR Solutions Center Supervisor role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our HR Solutions Center, which is the primary helpline for Tier 1 questions regarding Self-Service Support, Benefits, Payroll, Absence & Leaves, Retirement, and additional Corporate Programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in our HR services.

What you will do:

· Ensure the HR Solutions Center operates smoothly and efficiently, providing timely and accurate HR support to employees and management.

· Maintain and monitor standard operating procedures and best practices for Tier 1 HR operations.

· Monitor and manage the HR Solutions Center budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

· Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for the HR Solutions Center team.

· Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

· Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to HR Solutions Center staff.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

· Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

· Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Handle case and phone call escalations for complex issues and provide resolution guidance.

· Collaborate on initiatives to enhance HR service delivery, leveraging technology and process improvements.

· Solicit feedback from employees and management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

What you will bring:

· 3-5 years of experience in HR, or in a supervisory or leadership role.

· Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

· Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Preferred experience in Workday, Service Now, UKG, ADP, Peoplesoft and Microsoft Office Suite.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$65,200.00 - $93,660.00
