HR Coordinator

We’re seeking a proactive and detail‑driven HR Coordinator to deliver hands‑on operational support across the full employee lifecycle, with particular emphasis on employee relations and HRIS administration. Working closely with the Group HR Manager, you will help ensure consistent, compliant, and high‑quality HR practices across the organisation, acting as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who is CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently working towards it, and who is eager to continue developing within a broad HR Generalist pathway.

  • Provide support and advice regarding employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, probation, and performance
  • Attend and support investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings, preparing accurate notes and documentation
  • Manage ER cases in line with company policy, relevant employment law, and best practice, escalating complex cases to the Group HR Manager as appropriate
  • Assist with recruitment process, preparing shortlists and arranging interviews
  • Prepare, issue and manage HR documentation including offer letters, contracts and other change letters
  • Assist with absence and performance-related correspondence in line with policy
  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR requirements
  • Support onboarding processes, including right‑to‑work checks and induction/onboarding.
  • Assist with the administration of performance and salary reviews
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Support and empower managers to implement effective change within their team
  • Act as a key support to the Group HR Manager and UK & EU Recruiter across a range of operational activities
  • Assist with HR projects as required
  • Produce key metric reports, identifying trends and areas for action

Essential
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar HR Advisory or Officer role
  • Excellent literacy skills and confidence drafting formal HR correspondence
  • Strong understanding of UK Employment Law fundamentals
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong IT capability, including ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days per week

Desirable
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • Experience supporting HR across multiple business areas or a growing organisation
  • Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Please note that we operate as a fully on-site business, as we believe that collaboration is best when we all work together, so you will need to be able to commute to Malmesbury, Wiltshire, 5 days a week for work.
