HR Coordinator/Recruiter
Partner with HR team to provide full HR support to North Salt Lake Distribution Center associates. Conduct full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates that align with organization goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including completing automated new hire paperwork, training, printing of materials, and scheduling orientations.
- Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Establish trust by being an HR resource that is dependable and helps solve problems
- Manage job requisitions and postings for open positions.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule and applicant interviews.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, fitness for duty and I-9 documentation.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting on recruiting activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years recent recruiting experience required
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
- Ability to follow verbal or written instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently as well as be a strong team player
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information related to HR.
- Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people both in person and over the telephone.
- Ownership: personally responsible and accountable for achieving and driving HR goals.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
