Essential Responsibilities

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate the full\-cycle recruitment process, including posting positions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, candidate communications, and reference checks.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage candidate workflow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Research and recommend effective recruiting sources and sourcing strategies.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare recruiting reports and hiring metrics.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate all onboarding activities, including offer documentation, new hire paperwork, background checks, orientation scheduling, and new hire communications.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate employee offboarding activities with managers and internal departments, including HR documentation and system updates.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support payroll processing by coordinating timesheets, employee changes, payroll updates, and responding to employee inquiries.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Administer employee benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and employee benefit communications.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Reconcile benefit deductions by comparing payroll records, carrier invoices, and enrollment reports while coordinating corrections with vendors and internal stakeholders.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist with the administration of the annual Open Enrollment process.<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain accurate employee records within Paylocity HRMS<\/b>, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform HRIS audits, workflow management, reporting, and system maintenance. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate performance review cycles, including documentation tracking, reporting, and system administration. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Generate recurring HR reports and workforce metrics. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Respond promptly to employee questions and HR\-related requests. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate employee training initiatives and professional development activities. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes and employee experience. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience<\/b> supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, HRIS administration, employee records management, and general HR operations. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands\-on experience using Paylocity HRMS is required.<\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated ability to coordinate the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong written and verbal communication skills. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Self\-starter with excellent follow\-through and a proactive, customer\-service\-oriented mindset. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with managers and employees across the organization.
