HR cum Admin (URGENT/5.5days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, and employee records management.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Manage general office administration, including document control, filing, and office operations.
  • Coordinate BCA registrations, contractor licenses, certifications, and statutory renewals.
  • Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Support HR and administrative projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
